Why the Increase?

Using Old Stamps
Older stamps can still be used, but the total value must match or exceed the new rates. For instance, to send a small letter at $1.50, you could use two old $0.75 stamps or add a 30-cent top-up to a $1.20 stamp.
Concession and Christmas Stamps
The cost for concession stamps remains at 60 cents, and eligible customers can purchase up to 50 concession stamps annually.
